Returns & Refunds

If you are not totally satisfied with a product purchased online, you can return the goods for refund or exchange. You have 14 days from the dispatch date in which to return the goods. Return the jewellery to us in the original condition: items in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

Please note:

You are responsible for returning the item back to us. We do not accept responsibility for it until it has been delivered to us so we do advise you get proof of postage and we would recommend you send the item by a recorded delivery that requires a signature.

We do not credit back the postage cost. For an exchange of product, we will charge you p+p since we have to create a new order for you. Where the item is less expensive we will refund the difference. Where an item is more expensive, please include a cheque for the difference.
